How We Use This Information

  • Preventing abuse of interactive features like the vote widget

We Do NOT Sell Your Personal Information

SnagPulse does not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months, and we have no plans to do so.

We Do NOT Share Personal Information for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

Under the CPRA's expanded definition of "sharing," SnagPulse does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track users across websites.

Note about Google AdSense: Google AdSense may use cookies on our site to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of this at adssettings.google.com. We do not directly provide Google with your personal information from SnagPulse.

Financial Incentives

SnagPulse offers a free email newsletter that delivers daily deal digests. This newsletter does not constitute a "financial incentive" under CCPA § 1798.125(b) because:

  • The newsletter is free to subscribe to and free to unsubscribe from at any time, with no penalty or change in service.
  • Every deal shared in the newsletter is also available on our public blog (snagpulse.com) and social media channels at no cost.
  • Subscribers do not receive different prices, exclusive discounts, or preferential treatment compared to non-subscribers.
  • We do not offer any program where consumers trade personal information for a material benefit.

If we introduce any program that qualifies as a financial incentive in the future, we will update this page with a Notice of Financial Incentive as required by CCPA.
